A certified captain of the boating industry with over 25 years of professional boating experience. Dwayne and his team have over 225 years of combined experience. Specializing in various aspects of professional boating and leisure boating, Dwayne and his team also happen to be power boat hobbiest. All members of the Full Circle Team mutually agree that life is lived better out at sea. Their passion for boating is second to none and their core competencies cater directly to both the business of boating and boating for fun.
